Ng Heng Kit - Chief Executive Officer/Director

Ng Heng Kit, a Malaysian, aged 35 is the Regional Vice President of M3 Technologies (Asia) Berhad, a position he has held since year 2006. He has been with the company since its early days, holding various management positions and responsibilities before assuming the role of Vice President and managing the various subsidiaries of the Group abroad. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Campbell University, USA and has more than 15 years of experience in information technology, business operations and management. He is a Director of several subsidiary companies within the Group.
 

Shahbaz Ali Jamote - Chief Operating Officer

Shahbaz Ali Jamote is an MBA (Gold Medalist) from Greenwich University, Karachi, and has been with AKN Messaging Technologies (Pvt) Limited since its inception. Starting this 7-year journey as a Content Manager, Shahbaz has been involved in virtually all facets of the organization's activities, which has catapulted him to the forefront of the firm's leadership.

Working with a diverse portfolio of content platforms and mobile marketing campaigns as well as having access to in-depth user statistics, Shahbaz possesses a keen insight in the machinations of the unique Pakistani Mobile VAS industry, hence adding tremendous value to the development of business strategies.

Currently serving as the Country Manager for the Pakistan operations, Shahbaz oversees the strategic planning, and financial/operational performance of the company.

Munawar Hussain - Chief Technology Officer

Munawar Hussain is a 9-Year veteran of the IT industry, with established leadership experience in international ventures. Munawar started his career as a Software Engineer in Ace-Aims (1997) before joining an entrepreneurial business enterprise called e-Smart in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2000. Serving in the capacity of CTO at e-Smart for 4 years, Munawar has been a significant contributor to the firm's success, which led to an acquisition of the company by ASIAN PGA in 2004. Munawar has extensive experience in the development and support of business applications software, utilizing state of the art technology. He also possesses life-cycle development experience including designing, implementing, and successfully deploying distributed systems.

Munawar has been with AKN Messaging Technologies (Pvt.) Limited as CTO for over 2 years, where he has developed platforms and processes for all commercial as well as internal operations of the organization, and continues to develop and supervise all technological aspect of the VAS services for the organization.

Adnan Lotia- Head of Banking & Enterprise Solutions

Adnan Lotia has been engaged with the telecom and IT industry since 2004. He has a diversified experience of spearheading several initiatives regarding mobile banking systems, enterprise information systems and telecom VAS platforms. Mr. Adnan also has been engaged in IT/enterprise infrastructure plus communications/ networking tools & technologies.

In addition to Banking & Enterprise Solutions, Mr. Adnan also manages international marketing and business development for one of Asia's largest (MESDAQ listed) VAS service providers in South East Asia & MENA region.

Eng. Saim Mustafa Zuberi – VP Sales & Marketing

Saim Zuberi has over 6 years of experience in IT & Telecommunication Field and has a very diverse experience in the field of IT & Telecommunication Communication Infrastructure Rollouts, Alternate Delivery Channels, Telecommunication Grade Value Added Services Platforms and M2M Products.

He has managed Planning, Development & Deployment of Value Added and Alternate Delivery Channels for the Mobile Operators including a vast range of Interactive Voice Response Systems, SIM Management Solutions, Machine 2 Machine Communication Systems, Content Management Platforms and 3rd Generation products.

With his ideology of nothing is impossible and detailed knowledge of Mobile Value Added infrastructure he has been a driving force for the growth and stability of organization.
