Krishnan C. K. Menon - Chairman

Mr. Menon is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He started his career in 1975 with Hanafiah Raslan & Mohamad / Touche Ross where he became and Audit/Insolvency partner until April 1987, after which he left to become the head of the Corporate Finance Group of Touche Ross, Leichester from August 1987 to 1988. Thereafter he joined Public Bank Berhad where he served for six years rising to the position of Executive Vice President. After a stint in the corporate sector, Krishnan Menon became the Chief Operating Officer for Putrajaya Holdings Sdn. Bhd. Malaysia until October 2000. He has extensive experience in audit, corporate finance, insolvency, banking and property management.

Mr. Lester Neil Francis - Director

An Applied Science graduate from Victoria University of Technology, Australia. Upon his return to Malaysia, Mr. Francis has been actively involved in the health and fitness industry. He was involved in the set-up and operations of Lifestyle's Health & Fitness Centers - Malaysia's most exclusive fitness and beauty facility, locally and regionally.

Mr Francis was previously the General Manager of Dataco (M) Sdn. Bhd. - a leading, licensed Service Provider for Premium Rate Audiotex services. He was also actively involved in the TV production arm of Dataco, and acted as the Production Manager for all the company's production efforts. His span at Dataco was between 1997 - 1999, before he moved to AKN MTech upon its incorporation.

His knowledge and experience in management and company operations has proven to be invaluable in the start-up and preparations requirement of AKNMTECH.

Ng Heng Kit - Director

Ng Heng Kit, a Malaysian, aged 35 is the Regional Vice President of M3 Technologies (Asia) Berhad, a position he has held since year 2006. He has been with the company since its early days, holding various management positions and responsibilities before assuming the role of Vice President and managing the various subsidiaries of the Group abroad. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Campbell University, USA and has more than 15 years of experience in information technology, business operations and management. He is a Director of several subsidiary companies within the Group.
